My way of ON DIET ! How bout YOU?

Fat is the random words come out from ladies mouth everyday. Agree? M one of the ladies, so i consider my self chubby but not fat. But still i need to work out my self everyday to stay fit and healthy.
Thus, i will tell you my way of on diet, and will show the result one day before chinese new year. My weight now is 56kg, 161cm,BMI 26 consider healthy. My waise is 28cm, bummie i dunno,chest is 32B. I start workout since 30 december 2008.

  1. Early morning took bath, as i know take bath in the morning will make u fresher and your blood circulation will flow better.
  2. Grab something to eat in the morning,minimun nestum+milo + Tiger biscuit and 1 cup of ginger tea will make ur face red red and sweating.
  3. Lunch= 1 meat and 2 vege........at least 2 piece of small meat.
  4. After meal, Hot green tea to clear the oil.
  5. Make sure go toilet at least once in a day to potty.
  6. Around 3 something, Infrared sauna at least 20 minutes at 55 to 60 degree to burn the calories.
  7. Full Body massage for 1 and half hour RM30 at least 4 times a month.( depends on the pocket money)
  8. My target weight is 50kg
  9. let see what happen in 25 january............
