My way of ON DIET ! How bout YOU?

Fat is the random words come out from ladies mouth everyday. Agree? M one of the ladies, so i consider my self chubby but not fat. But still i need to work out my self everyday to stay fit and healthy.
Thus, i will tell you my way of on diet, and will show the result one day before chinese new year. My weight now is 56kg, 161cm,BMI 26 consider healthy. My waise is 28cm, bummie i dunno,chest is 32B. I start workout since 30 december 2008.

  1. Early morning took bath, as i know take bath in the morning will make u fresher and your blood circulation will flow better.
  2. Grab something to eat in the morning,minimun nestum+milo + Tiger biscuit and 1 cup of ginger tea will make ur face red red and sweating.
  3. Lunch= 1 meat and 2 vege........at least 2 piece of small meat.
  4. After meal, Hot green tea to clear the oil.
  5. Make sure go toilet at least once in a day to potty.
  6. Around 3 something, Infrared sauna at least 20 minutes at 55 to 60 degree to burn the calories.
  7. Full Body massage for 1 and half hour RM30 at least 4 times a month.( depends on the pocket money)
  8. My target weight is 50kg
  9. let see what happen in 25 january............

DIET?


Have you ever feel like eating more during your diet time, you taking slimming pills which doesnt make you feel hungry but cause of evil mind you still eat? I think this will happend to those people who love food alot. They eat not because they feel hungry, but eat cause they want to eat whats appeare in their mind. I'm one of them. Now i know why i never loss weight except when i get sick.
I'm trying to on diet this feel weeks cause of chinese new year. So, trying to take slimming pills that introduce by my friend, she said after taking the pills she don't felt hungry at all and she loss 1kg in 2 days. Just imagine!!!!! So, m trying not to think of eating any food. But when lunch time comes, my mind keep thinking what to eat even i really dun feel hungry. Is just i want to grab something to eat, and my stomach seems like unhappy. M really confues. Another thing is, i cant resist food during party or someone treat. I just feel so sorry and so wasted if i dont eat even m not hungry. Shit yaarrrrr..........m so spoil......
Let see, how many kg m goin to loss during chinese new year. I try go sauna everyday to burn my calories. Wait & See

HApPy New Year 2009 !!!


New year, New beginning?

As everyone said new year new beginning is it true? I hope so! and i hope the begining is good! I spend my new year in Hilton sensor this year. No bad! Lots of people and everyone is drinking and smocking. The theme for tonight is BOND. Thus can see everyone is wearing tuxedo n dress. We just go with shirt n jeans cause we dunno about that.

My new year Resolution:


  1. Loss 5kg

  2. Get at least 1 D in exam.(d for distinction)

  3. Clear my mind n think what i want in my life.

  4. Save money for July trip.

  5. Buy MJ medical card

  6. Be more patient

  7. SMILE everyday
